MeadowTerms and Conditions
Updated September 21, 2026
1. Be Human
Meadow is not a place to perform or persuade. It’s a place to be. You don’t need to be impressive,
productive, or perfect to belong here. Just bring your honest self, and meet others with the same grace.
We ask that you:
• Speak to others as if you’re face-to-face.
• Assume good intent, but stay mindful of impact.
• Respect that everyone’s energy and comfort level is different.
2. Safety Comes First
We take emotional and physical safety seriously. Everyone deserves to feel secure here, in Circles,
Plans, and all spaces within Meadow.
Absolutely not tolerated:
• Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination
• Unwanted romantic or sexual advances
• Sharing or publishing private information
• Promoting violence, harm, or extremism
If you ever feel unsafe or uncertain, use the in-app Report or Block options. Our team will review reports promptly and with care.
3. Real Connection Happens Offline
Meadow helps people find each other, but the connection happens in real life. Respect people’s time, boundaries, and privacy.
We encourage:
• Meeting in safe, public spaces for new connections
• Clear communication before and after meetups
• “Still up for this?” check-ins before a Plan begins
• Ending plans gracefully if your energy changes
4. Privacy Is our Default
You’re in control of what you share and with whom.
Circles, messages, and availability are designed with your comfort in mind.
Our commitments:
• No public follower counts
• No algorithmic manipulation
• No selling of personal data
• Clear, human-readable privacy settings
You can always leave a Circle or Plan without guilt.
5. Integrity in Participation
Be thoughtful about how you represent yourself and others. Meadow is not a marketplace or dating app. It’s a gathering place.
Please avoid:
• Spam, self-promotion, or repetitive solicitation
• Misleading profiles or impersonation
• Posting misleading events or unsafe gatherings
6. Growth Through Care
Communities evolve, so do we. We listen, adjust and learn from feedback shared with kindness.
You can always:
• Share feedback or ideas via the app or website
• Report concerns privately
• Help shape the kind of world Meadow is trying to build
7. Our Promise
We will continue to design Meadow around what’s humane, even if it conflicts with what’s profitable. No addictive loops, no social hierarchies, just real people, making life a little softer together.
Please provide feedback to us about your experience so we can improve our service.
Thank you for helping us keep Meadow warm, honest and human.
8. Your Photos, Logos and Other Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. Only upload content you own or have permission to use, including permission from people whose privacy or other rights are affected.
By uploading content, you grant Meadow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, resize and display it solely to operate Meadow and provide the features and sharing settings you choose. Our service providers may process it for those purposes. This does not transfer ownership or give us permission to sell your content.
This permission ends when your content is removed from the service, except for limited backup, security or legal retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Report content you believe violates your rights using the in-app Report option or contact support@meadow.social with the content location and a description of your concern. We may remove content that violates these terms.Google Maps
